What’s included?

• You will be provided with a sleep questionnaire form where you outline your little ones sleeping patterns and return back to me so I can customize a plan for you
• A 45 minute phone consultation to discuss the information you provided in the questionnaire and to discuss your custom plan and program and what to expect
• Night 1, I will support you on the phone or via texts until your child is asleep (6:30pm/7pm-asleep)
• 12 days of support via text or phone (*conditions apply and these will be outlined in your sleep plan)
• Final evaluation/phone consult and 1 follow on routine
