This package is perfect for clients who want to meet face to face but don’t need the hands on assistance.

This package is only available only for Gove, Ski Beach and Yirrkala clients. $20 travel fee for Ski Beach and Yirrkala will be added to invoice.

What’s included?

• You will be provided with a sleep questionnaire form where you outline your little ones sleeping patterns and return back to me so I can customize a plan for you
• 1 hour in home consultation (you choose a timeslot that suits your schedule: 12pm-1pm, 4pm-5pm or 5pm-6pm) to discuss the custom plan and program and what to expect and a hardcopy of your sleep training plan and routine upon arrival at your home.
• Night 1, I will support you on the phone or via texts until your child is asleep (6:30pm/7pm-asleep)
• 12 days of support via text or phone (*conditions apply and these will be outlined in your sleep plan)
• Final evaluation/phone consult and 1 follow on routine

*An additional 1 hour can be purchased to increase from a 1 hour to 2 hour consult. This is only applicable to the afternoon timeslots.
