Perfect package for parents needing assistance implementing the sleep training method.

This package is only available only for Gove, Ski Beach and Yirrkala clients. $20 travel fee for Ski Beach and Yirrkala will be added to invoice.

What’s included?

• You will be provided with a sleep questionnaire form where you outline your little ones sleeping patterns and return back to me so I can customize a plan for you
• One in home consultation (5pm-6pm) to discuss the custom plan and program and what to expect and a hardcopy of your sleep training plan and routine upon arrival at your home. Followed by full in home support from when child is put to bed until 9pm
• 12 days of support via text or phone (*conditions apply and these will be outlined in your sleep plan)
• A final evaluation and 1 follow on routine
