What’s included?

• You will be provided with a sleep questionnaire form where you outline your little ones sleeping patterns and return back to me so I can customize a plan for you
• An in home consultation (5pm-6pm) to discuss the custom plan and program and what to expect and a hardcopy of your sleep training plan and routine upon arrival at your home
• Full in home support from when you put your child to bed and until they fall asleep and support until 5/5:30am the next morning
• 14 days of support via text or phone (*conditions apply and these will be outlined in your sleep plan)
• A final evaluation and 1 follow on routine
• Private Facebook group support after the program
